Clear color. Aromas and flavors of fresh sugar cane, cocoa pod fruit, plantain, and 100% cocoa nib with a round, lively, dry light-to-medium body and a tingling, involved, medium-length finish imparting suggestions of green banana paste, cane juice, and cocoa pod. This tastes like cane juice and freshly picked cocoa pods giving that very fruity character with a little chocolate bitterness.
