Light gold color. Aromas and flavors of dark roasted pecans and sesame, mocha, chocolate cream wafer cookie, and vinyl and leather with a supple, bright, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a warming, complex, very long finish that presents shades of roasted coconut, hazelnut milk, salted chocolate with dates, and chestnut honeycomb. A tightly focused, warm and penetrating lightly aged Rum with a lot of character for sipping on the rocks or in cocktails.

Fresh cane juice rums are made with fresh sugar cane juice instead of molasses, but are not AOC or DO products, such as Martinique Rhum, Haitian Rhum or Cachaça. These are often of excellent quality with nutty, spicy flavors and a tangy finish and are perfect for cocktails or with the best examples, ideal as a sipping rum.
