Light amber color. Aromas and flavors of basswood honey, figs, dates, and dried cherries, cocoa powder and cinnamon, and blood orange with a velvety, vibrant, dry medium body and a tingling, complex, medium-long finish with suggestions of vanilla, cocoa, and cinnamon, dried red fruits, maduro tobacco, and honey soaked prunes. Outside of the Celtic Nations you would be hard pressed to find anyone balancing single malt and Sherry casks more elegantly; a powerful American Single Malt reflecting a new tradition.
