Golden yellow color. Aromas and flavors of barley grist and baked pear, oak dust with peanuts on green apple, caramel cream, and vanilla with a satiny, crisp, dry medium body and a warming, medium-length finish conveying overtones of caramel and vanilla, miso paste, butterscotch with cracked black pepper, and ethanol. A pleasant young Single Malt that shows excellent potential for aging and will make an excellent ginger ale Highball today.
