Gold color. Aromas and flavors of orange blossom honey, marzipan, dates, molasses, walnuts, figs, and plum, and sweet tea with a velvety, soft, dry medium body and a warming, distinctive, medium-long finish with notes of madeleine cookies, lemon pepper and dark chocolate, and cracked black pepper and charred pork butt. A light-bodied and complex sipper that would find itself just as comfortable in the Highlands as the American heartland.
