Clear golden amber color. Baked, toasty aromas of green herb and something vegetable, vanilla, brown sugar, and cookie dough, butterscotch and fig, and roasted and salted nuts with a velvety, shy, dry light-to-medium body and a peppery, swift fresh grass clippings, and unmalted barley, toasted wheat bread, and fresh grass finish. A solid Irish Whiskey that would be great for any occasion.

Irish Blended Whiskey

Blended Irish Whiskey is a blend of malt and grain whiskies that makes up a large majority of Irish Whiskey production. It can be blended with Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey, allowing for any combination of the three to fall under the category. Any grains may be used, as well as it may be distilled in pot and/or column stills, and it may be made at a single distillery or multiple distilleries.
