Clear golden yellow color. Fruity, citrusy, baked aromas and flavors of apple galette, amber honey and orange peel, cola syrup, and toasted walnut with a silky, flat, dry thin body and a peppery, relaxed finish with nuances of toasted bread, circus peanut, and heavy cream. A staple Whiskey for the back bar.

Blended Irish Whiskey is a blend of malt and grain whiskies that makes up a large majority of Irish Whiskey production. It can be blended with Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey, allowing for any combination of the three to fall under the category. Any grains may be used, as well as it may be distilled in pot and/or column stills, and it may be made at a single distillery or multiple distilleries.
