Clear color. Aromas of vanilla salt water taffy, flan with dates, candied lime peel, and honey roasted yellow pepper with a supple, dry-yet-fruity full body and a compelling, medium-long spiced roasted pineapple and coconut pastry finish. A lovely savory, chewy, almost bream pastry-like blanco for sipping or cocktails.
