Medium golden amber color. Aromas and flavors of honey pecans and cashews with a little cinnamon, smoked leather and Stroopwaffel, grilled and spiced peaches with butterscotch, all spice on dates, prunes, and and figs with a round, vibrant, dry medium-to-full body and a tingling, captivating, long finish that shows nuances of smoked wild flower honey, vanilla caramel cream after a mild connecticut shade wrapper cigar, bread pudding with honey roasted cashews, fig preserves, and all spice, and smoked vanilla roasted cashew butter. Don’t let perfection become the enemy of greatness; just because this is not quite perfect doesn’t mean you will find another dram closer to ambrosia this year or maybe not in another five.
