Aromas and flavors of white chocolate, raspberry nougat, and peanuts, wet hay, polished leather, and cedar chips, white pepper and over ripe pear, and birch soda with a silky, crisp, dry light-to-medium body and an interesting, medium-length finish with notes of cacao, chives, lemongrass, and white button mushroom, almond paste, and coffee bean. An earthy, grassy, and fruity Spirit that speaks of its base cane juice.
