Yellow straw color. Aromas and flavors of honeyed fruitcake, peach-sultana sorbet, lychee, and macadamia brittle with a satiny, bright, finely carbonated, moderately sweet medium body and a smooth, compelling, medium-long finish with elements of fruit salad with no oak flavor. A delicious, not-to-sweet spumante Moscato with lots of flavor and pinpoint balance.

Asti Spumante is Italy's largest producing appellation and a UNESCO World Heritage Site located in southeastern Piedmont. Made from Moscato Bianco grapes (aka Muscat Blanc a Petits Grains in France), these sweet sparkling wines boast bountiful apricot, peach, and honey notes. Asti Spumante is usually 7-9.5% ABV, truly sparkling, and not to be confused with Moscato d'Asti which has a lower ABV and is only slightly sparkling ("frizzante").
