Aromas and flavors of butcher’s paper with black pepper, vanilla, green apple and maple sap, mint, clover, and and lemongrass with a velvety, lively, dry medium body and a warming, interesting, medium-long finish with accents of maple roasted mixed nuts, vanilla, sweet peppers on cinnamon rye bread, and dates. A very, very pleasant sipping Rye that keeps you taking another sip and exploring the flavors; great for Manhattans but would sneak a sip or two while mixing another batch.
