Clear color. Aromas and flavors of roasted pine sap, citrus peel, vanilla salted caramel, and bitter orange peel with a silky, soft, dry medium body and a tingling, appealing, medium-length finish with nuances of cinnamon cookie dough, black jelly bean, orris root, white pepper, and and fennel. A contemplative sipper that would make an excellent accompaniment to your after dinner espresso.
