Golden amber color. Aromas and flavors of circus peanuts and blue cotton candy, candied orange and cherry cola syrup, vanilla malt, cocoa, and baking spices, and apricot and cream soda with a lively, dry medium-to-full body and a tingling, engaging, medium-length finish with notes of candied peach, circus peanut, salted caramel on chocolate covered candied cherries, and sweetened baking spices. A well crafted and delicately balanced Whiskey that elegantly hides the ABV behind a menagerie of sweet confectionary aromas; a crowd pleaser for sure.

Irish Single Pot Still Whiskey is an in Irish Whiskey made at a single distillery from a mixed mash of malted barley and unmalted barley in a single pot still. It is made with a minimum of 30% malted and 30% unmalted barley, and it is the use of the unmalted barley as well as the production resulting from a single distillery in a single pot that helps give it a distinct spiciness knows as ‘pot still character’; Irish Single Pot Still is also the only style of whiskey exclusively made in Ireland.
