Medium gold color. Aromas and flavors of cinnamon vanilla praline, caramel waffle, butterscotch, and orange honey in jasmine green tea with a round, crisp, dry medium-to-full body and a tingling, intricate, very long finish manifesting accents of spiced poached pear, sesame candies, matcha vanilla ice cream, and suede and incense. Beautiful and complex aromas carry over to the palate and leave you pondering as this is unquestionably delicious but slightly more cerebral than hedonistic; a slow and cogitative dram.

Irish Single Pot Still Whiskey is an in Irish Whiskey made at a single distillery from a mixed mash of malted barley and unmalted barley in a single pot still. It is made with a minimum of 30% malted and 30% unmalted barley, and it is the use of the unmalted barley as well as the production resulting from a single distillery in a single pot that helps give it a distinct spiciness knows as ‘pot still character’; Irish Single Pot Still is also the only style of whiskey exclusively made in Ireland.
