Light amber color. Aromas and flavors of bitter chocolate, dried orange peel, dried cherry pits, and raisin bran cereal with a velvety, lively, dry medium body and a tingling, interesting, breezy finish with notes of allspice and clove, dark fudge and dried dates, plum kringle, and potpourri. Savory, rich, and full of spicy barrel-driven characteristics.
