Dark golden amber color. Aromas and flavors of chocolate creme brulée, peppered caramel corn, mole and black corn, and red caramel apple with a round, lively, dry medium body and a warming, engaging, medium-long finish that shows notes of chocolate cinnamon bread pudding, candied black pepper corns, fudge and pumpernickel, and star anise. Beautiful chocolate aromas and deep baking spice notes make this a delightful sipper and something that would be amazing with a Maduro wrapped cigar or used in a Black Manhattan.
