Aromas and flavors of clover honey, barrel aged Genever (honey, earthy grains, and sweet greens), honey granola, and ginger snaps with a round, lively, dry medium body and a warming, compelling, medium-length finish with accents of honey granola, raisin cookie, tiramisu, and candied dates. Deep and rich honeyed rye that reminds one of decently aged Rye Whiskey coming from Europe.
