Aromas and flavors of flambéed cherries done slightly burnt, molasses cookies, dark chocolate, and sun baked leather car interior with a round, crisp, dry medium body and a hot, compelling, long finish displaying suggestions of baked red fruit, toasted orange and molasses, and baking chocolate and cinnamon. A sweet and savory treat to enjoy after dinner and over ice.
