Gold color. Attractive, fruity aromas and flavors of honeyed dried peaches and apricots, cacao nibs and wildflower honey, chocolate cherry rum cake, spicy, and doughy apple pie with a supple, vibrant, dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a warming, layered, very long finish displaying notes of honeyed sultanas, rich baking spices, buttery cashew brittle, and sandalwood. A wonderfully dainty American Single Malt with waves of spicy fruit, grain, and oak flavors in a heady balance.
