Clear gold color. Baked, boozy, toasty, jammy aromas and flavors of caramel apple and plantain, blackberry and almond nougat, and orange zest and grilled pineapple with a satiny, flat, dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body and a peppery, interesting, medium-length finish with impressions of dried tobacco and Mediterranean fruits, marshmallow, and citrus tea with candied orange. A rich and complex Irish Whiskey for after dinner cocktails.
