Clear golden amber color. Baked, phenolic, boozy aromas and flavors of apple and orange marmalade, graham cracker and nutmeg, and almond sugar cookie with a satiny, flat, dryish medium body and a warming, delightful, medium-length finish with notes of malted milk balls, sassafras root, and dried red fruit in pineapple sorbet. Pastry dough and dried fruits only hint at the age and complexity of this seriously delicious sipper.
