Aromas and flavors of sour mango, canned pineapple, blondie cookies, and sawn lumber with a satiny, dry medium-to-full body and a peppery, very complex, medium-long finish evoking notes of pineapple fruit punch, pickled ginger, charred oak, and sour dough and sawn lumber. Peppery and punchy, this dram has the muscle to stand up to cocktails and the complexity to stand on its own.
