Gold color. Aromas and flavors of snow peas, wet grass, and gentian root with a velvety, bright, bone-dry light-to-medium body and a smooth, delightful, buoyant finish with impressions of fresh garden salad with snow peas, cinnamon and fresh nutmeg, matcha, and caramel golden syrup.
