Medium golden amber color. Aromas and flavors of vanilla, clove and allspice, toffee and smoldering campfire, and butter poached pear with a round, lively, dry medium body and a hot, medium-long finish with overtones of coconut, vanilla, toffee, and cinnamon and allspice. For the grain and the proof, this is rather restrained on the nose and palate with a spicy cinnamon pepper punch to the finish.
