Dark gold color. Aromas of brown butter and lemongrass, baking spices and lime Jell-O, vanilla and maple sap, and hot chili honey with a glycerous, vibrant, dryish medium-to-full body and a hot, complex, very long cedar and all spice, thai chili in honey, maple syrup, and plum and vanilla nougat finish. Hot honey here with sweetness and spicy character all in balance and holding the ABV very well; not for the faint of heart but stellarly executed.
