Gold color. Aromas and flavors of molasses, over ripe mango, grilled orange, cinnamon and cocoa nibs, and smoldering herbs with a velvety, vibrant, dry light-to-medium body and a refreshing, breezy finish with notes of grilled orange zest, caramel sauce with vanilla, spiced nuts, and caramel corn. Very clean and crisp with just a hint of traditional Rum funk to go well in classic cocktail applications.
