Light gold color. Aromas and flavors of tart green apples in a heavily spiced tart, baking spices on poached pear, cinnamon chocolate dusted black cherry, and cookie dough and baklava with a velvety, bright, dry medium-to-full body and a warming, subtle, medium-long finish that exhibits notes of mace, ginger, nutmeg, and cinnamon, candied strawberry, marzipan, walnut, and hazelnut banana bread, and orange chocolate. Barrel dominated flavors, but a cornucopia of sweet tropical spices that make for an awesome autumnal sipper.

Wood aged cachaça is just that, examples of this spirit that have been aged in wooden casks, often American white oak casks for a period of two to four years. This wood aging gives these spirits flavors of nougat, banana and caramel. They are quite stylish, with smoky, spicy characteristics and are ideal for mixing in exotic cocktails or enjoyed neat.
