Clear amber color. Aromas of baked apple, cinnamon bark and aloe, fruit leather and cedar, and ginger root and five spice with an oily, lively, fruity fat body and a warming, interesting, medium-length spiced cherries, vanillin, cinnamon, anise, angelica root, jujubes, and candied walnut and clove finish. Balanced and complex with loads of barrel spice counterbalanced with a fresh crispness that is almost like drinking a perfect autumn evening.
