Golden amber color. Aromas and flavors of pecan pie and maple syrup cheesecake, chocolate covered orange, clove, cinnamon, kola nut, and nutmeg, and pipe tobacco with a round, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a long finish that shows suggestions of vanilla cinnamon pralines, birch sap, chinese five spice, and bananas foster. A light and clean distillate with wisps of fruit that really amplifies the flavors of the high quality barrels.
