Gold color. Aromas and flavors of toasted baguette and corn bread with herb butter, salted roasted nuts, grilled leek and herbs, and honeycomb with nuts with a supple, vibrant, finely carbonated, dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a tingling, long finish displaying notes of roasted sweet potato, pepper, and mustard greens. A crisp and snappy lager with lively bittering hops and a toasty malt dancing on the long, nicely astringent finish; this will appeal to fans of Jever or Italian pilsners.

True to their name, pale lagers are pale in color and range in alcohol from 4-6%. These beers are generally light to medium-bodied with a light-to-medium hop impression and a clean, crisp malt character. Pale lagers are the standard international beer style as exemplified by products from Miller to Heineken. Noteworthy examples of this style include: Brooklyn Brewery Brooklyn Lager, Birra Moretti Lager and Damm Estrella Damm Lager.
