Aromas and flavors of golden raisins, honey roasted peach, yams, and honey ham with delicate vinyl with a supple, tangy, off-dry light-to-medium body and a smooth, engaging, medium-long finish that exhibits notes of tangerine and pineapple relish, green apple, and white cranberry juice with fine, fruit tannins. Bright fruit and vibrant acidity combined with a touch of sweetness make this a great choice for spicy fish and poultry dishes.
