Straw color. Aromas and flavors of dried apricot, grapefruit zest, dried white flowers, vanilla, pears, and and white button mushrooms with a velvety, lively, dry medium body and a tingling, delightful, medium-length finish with impressions of apricot and green apple, babies breath, green herbs in creme fraiche, and lime zest with light oak flavor. Fruity and floral with a delicate bitterness and crisp acidity, this is an incredibly versatile and food pairing friendly wine for any occasion.

A Bordeaux White Varietal blend wine is composed of the essential white grapes of the Bordeaux region: Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, and Muscadelle. Colombard and Ugni Blanc are less common but could also be included in the blend. The majority of White Bordeaux wines are light, fruity, and cost-effective. If you want to get a little spendier, try the rich and creamy blends from the Pessac-Leognan region of France.
