Yellow straw color. Aromas and flavors of dried mango, dry apple and pear slices, and candied grapefruit peel and white flowers with a velvety, vibrant, petillant, dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body and a graceful, interesting, brisk finish evoking accents of Mott’s apple juice and pineapple, apricot, and candied pineapple slice. A light, mellow take on a hard apple cidre.

Mimosa

A mimosa is a cocktail made with equal parts sparkling wine and citrus juice, usually orange juice, although grapefruit juice can also be used. It is traditionally served in a Champagne flute glass. The sparkling wine used in generally inexpensive, often an entry level Prosecco.
