Dark brown brick red color. Aromas and flavors of fig and prune, soy sauce and chocolate malt, chocolate covered raisins, and apple butter and leather with a glycerous, bright, fruity sweet medium body and an appealing, medium-length finish with notes of chocolate covered raisins, fig, and molasses. Rich, chocolate and red fruit pronounced, and all around bold; a dessert port substitute.
