Medium steely amber color. Aromas and flavors of raspberry, english toffee, strawberry caramel nougat cream candy, and dried rose pedal with a round, crisp, spritzy, dry medium body and an appealing, medium-length finish with notes of dried red flowers, red apple skins, and tart raspberry and strawberry fruit leather. Juicy and fruity but balances its sweetness quite well; easily enjoyed on its own but with enough structure and acid to be a great food cider.
