Light gold color. Aromas and flavors of opening whiff of freshly polished leather, salted toffee and cornbread, dried oranges, and banana bread with a round, vibrant, bone-dry medium body and a peppery, interesting, medium-long finish with accents of honeyed grains, red apple skin, grass and cooked plantains, elderflower, ginger, and and lemongrass. A great entry level Whiskey that leans into its grain profile.

Single grain Irish whiskeys, like their Scottish grain whisky cousins, are whiskies that are only made with corn or other non-barley grains. They are usually triple distilled through either column or pot stills or both.
