Clear color. Aromas and flavors of sardines, sushi seaweed and fish oil, Scottish pine, and wet moss and PNW forest floor with a velvety, lively, dry medium body and a warming, compelling, medium-length finish revealing accents of salmon cured and sun dried on pine boughs, garden herbs, douglas fir, fennel, licorice, and indian breath freshening spice. Very good and interesting in some ways but the smell of anchovies or sardines continues to distract and pull this down. A production issue?
