Clear color. Aromas and flavors of lemon and lime, all spice, spiced lime and lemon, and lavender and black pepper with a round, vibrant, dry medium body and a tingling, delightful, medium-length finish that presents notes of candied lime, lemon pepper, sweet pickled garden herbs, and mint and green tea. A beautiful Gin that has a deft balance of flavors with a lovely weight and viscosity added to the rounded texture of the mouthfeel.
