Aromas and flavors of olive skin, cheese rind, spiced yams, and honey buttercream and fondant with a bright, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a tingling, interesting, long finish conveying nuances of cinnamon almonds, cashew milk latte and chai, and delicate sweet and peppery spices. A wonderfully flavorful and elegantly balanced reposado for sipping or to elevate cocktails.
