Aromas and flavors of winter mint, star anise, sassafras root, caraway, dill, and and sage with a satiny, crisp, dry light-to-medium body and an interesting, breezy finish that presents accents of mint, green herbs, and anise. Mint on the nose and finish, along with green herbs with anise and the base spirit appearing on the mid palate.
