Golden amber color. Aromas and flavors of oatmeal, marzipan, and sawdust with a satiny, lively, dry medium body and a warming, charming, medium-length finish displaying notes of cherry chapstick, oatmeal cookie dough, chocolate beans, and herbs. Sweet, youthful, and woody with some fun flavors but not all in harmony; there is some good distillate here and this should be fun to check in on as it matures.
