Tasted as a Bloody Mary cocktail. Light murky light ruby color. Aromas of vinegar based hot sauce, horseradish, parsley, basil, and celery, and celery salt with a medium body and a medium tomato and oil conservas, horseradish, vinegar, and clam juice finish. An interesting Bloody Mary with loads of umami characteristic.
