Aromas and flavors of spiced poached pear, sour apple, scorched cinnamon, and giardiniera with jalapeño with a satiny, tangy, dry light-to-medium body and a tingling, interesting, medium-length finish with nuances of peppered leather, scorched kettle corn, salted apple and pear, and almond cookie. A nice spiced brandy with an apple essence and a tingling mouthfeel.
