Clear color. Aromas and flavors of sugar cane juice, tart mango, and orange creamsicle, lemongrass and vanilla bean, sea spray, and bamboo shoots with a round, dry medium body and a long finish revealing notes of orange oil, lemongrass and water chestnuts, fried plantain, and white flowers. Soft and approachable while retaining both the fruity and sweet vegetable qualities of the sugar cane.
