Cloudy light medium light gold color. Aromas and flavors of lemon verbena, orange, peach, and guava, red grapefruit, and clover honey with a round, tangy, fruity sweet medium-to-full body and a complex, medium-long finish conveying notes of lemon and honey on madeleines, orange and with honey in elderflower white tea, and green mango. Like a thinner Limoncello but with a greater diversity of citrus; it’s a yummy combination of sweet and sour with a mild bitterness.

Broadly speaking, an aperitivo drink is any beverage intended to "open up the palate" and is drunk before a meal. An aperitivo liqueur is typically bitter, light, and served in spritz with sparkling wine and/or mineral water. Campari and Aperol are two well-known products in this category.
