Aromas and flavors of caramel, vanilla, and mocha, oatmeal raisin cookie with extra cinnamon, stone fruits, and blueberry muffin with a glycerous, lively, bone-dry medium-to-full body and a warming, complex, medium-long finish with notes of unsweetened earl grey, cherry, coconut, and pineapple, clove and allspice, and green apple. A sweet, smooth, and pleasantly spiced Irish Whiskey for sipping neat or building classic cocktails.
