Medium golden amber color. Aromas and flavors of basswood honey and candied orange, cedar plank, peach cobbler with butterscotch drizzle, and summer bbq right before you light the grill with a glycerous, tangy, dry medium-full body and a warming, intricate, long finish displaying notes of apple and peach cobbler with shaved coconut and caramel chocolate sauce, spiced sugar plums and fruit cake served on a toasted cedar plank, cola syrup spilled on a leather and parchment book a few decades ago, and herbal with umami and rancio. Lovers of Navy Strength Gin and well aged cask strength Scotch unite; this is an amazing experience that you need to taste.
