Brown color. Meaty, candied aromas and flavors of boozy, teriyaki, Hoisin, dark chocolate, leather, and and burnt orange with a medium body and a medium finish with notes of chinese pork bbq, coffee grounds, burning chocolate, and burnt orange. There’s certainly some cocktail applications for this and excited to see what other bartenders come up with; it’s good, it’s just a lot.
