Bronze color. Aromas and flavors of pecan pie, walnut candies, maple syrup and salted caramel, root beer, and red apple with an medium-full body and a tingling, complex, medium-length finish with accents of toasted hazelnut and mocha, cinnamon sugar, and barrel aged tobacco. A lovely Whiskey with indiscernible extra flavors; mildly tannic, confounding, and still quite tasty.

Infused Rye Whiskey

Rye Whisky must contain a minimum of 51% rye grain, be distilled at less than 80% ABV (160 proof) and be aged for a minimum of two years in new charred barrels. A small amount of straight Rye whiskey is bottled and marketed, but most of the industry production is blended into other whiskies to give them additional character and structure. Canadians frequently refer to their whisky as "Rye," though it is in fact made primarily from corn or wheat. Infused Rye Whiskey fulfills the above requirements while being flavored without any sugar or artificial additives and bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof) or higher.
